The main aims and activities are:
- symposiums: international stone sculpture symposiums are expanding rapidly in the world of sculptue. ZWISS aims at organizing high quality symposiums putting The Netherlands on the map of the International Sculpture Symposium circuit.
- lectures by well known and lesser known sculptors: giving insights into the thoughts and concepts of sculptors, allow a wide range of people to get familiar with sculpture.
- exhibitions: ZWISS has the intention to organize exhbitions with an emphasis on monumental scale sculpture in public space.
- education: this will come in different forms and shapes from master classes to a simple introduction for young children.
- sculpture projects with a social/political/evironmental context: on an occasional basis, projects will be developed that will challenge sculptors to tackle certain world issues.
- network: establishing a network based upon collaboration on projects, and exchange of information.
Of course, any additional activities related to sculpture are being organized if the circumstances allow it.
